For the largest Korean food importer and retailer in the UK, we had a challenge to raise engagement on their social media accounts.
We accomplished this by creating a posting strategy based on target demographics, including polls, memes, quotations, and connecting with customers.

We took a cheeky humorous tact to attract a younger clientele. We stayed topical with current memes, events, and news.
We were one of the first in the UK to announce that the Korean film “Parasite” had one the Oscar for Best Picture. This put our client in the spotlight amongst users that they had their fingers on the pulse of the culture.
Our efforts increased engagement. Even better, our client was receiving more direct message inquiries. Customers were aware of more products, which led to more sales.
The project was temporarily suspended due to budget cutbacks related to COVID-19.
